Terms & Conditions

The App is intended for students and educational use, including students of 9th, 10th, Intermediate, and JEE Foundation levels. Where the App is provided through a school or organization, your account may be created and managed by that organization. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its data.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or infringing content.

TRIGO provides educational content to help students understand trigonometry concepts. While we work hard to keep the content accurate and helpful, it is provided for learning purposes and should be used alongside your school curriculum and teachers. We do not guarantee any particular academic result or exam outcome.

The App and all associated content, including text, animations, diagrams, graphics, logos, and the TRIGO name and mark, are owned by TRIGO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Access to the App may be provided on a licensed basis through your school or organization and may be time-limited to a specific validity window. When a license expires or is revoked, access to certain features or content may be restricted. TRIGO is not responsible for any loss of access resulting from an expired or terminated organizational license.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIGO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App or its users. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
