Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TRIGO (“TRIGO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our trigonometry learning application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We aim to collect only what we need to provide a good learning experience:
- Account information — such as your name, email address, roll number, grade/section, and the organization or school you belong to, where an account is provided to you.
- Learning activity — such as topics viewed, quiz attempts, and progress within the App, used to show your progress and improve the content.
- Device & technical data — such as device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic/crash information, used to keep the App reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its learning content.
- To create and manage your account and show your learning progress.
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To keep the App secure and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Children's privacy
TRIGO is intended for students, including those in 9th, 10th, Intermediate, and JEE Foundation levels. Where the App is provided through a school or organization, accounts are created and managed by that organization. We do not knowingly collect more information from students than is necessary to provide the learning service, and we encourage parents, guardians, and educators to be involved in a student's use of the App.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With your school or organization, where your account is provided by them (for example, to show administrators student progress).
- With service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting and analytics), under obligations to protect your data.
- Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. If your account was provided by a school or organization, please contact them first; otherwise you can reach us using the contact details below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
